Race Information: |
USA Triathlon sanctioned sprint
event. The 15th Annual Tri in the Pines is a great starter race or a "high
altitude" (6500ft) challenge for seasoned racers. It starts in waves of 12
swimmers for a 625-yd swim at the Show Low Family Aquatic Center,
transitions to a 12.3-mile bike on city streets, and finishes with a
3.5-mile run in Show Low City Park. Awards are overall and three deep in
each age group (increments of 5 yrs, i.e., 30-34, 35-39), and gender.
Registration deadline is Aug. 11th or the limit. Entries received after the deadline
will not be seeded. Parents must sign a waiver for participants under 18.
T-shirts guaranteed only for entries received prior to entry deadline.
This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned race, therefore all competitors must be
annual members or must purchase a ONE-DAY MEMBERSHIP. Please include
your estimated swim time and t-shirt size in the notes section of your
registration. IF SWIM TIME IS NOT INCLUDED YOU WILL NOT BE SEEDED. |

Race Information: |
This race is held in conjunction with the Tri In
the Pines Triathlon. This event is for kids ages 14 and under.
The YOUTH Tri starts with a 175 yard swim at the Show Low Family Aquatic
Center, then on to a 4 mile bike ride and finishes with a 1 mile run in Show
Low City Park. Registration deadline is Aug. 11th or the limit. Entries
received after the deadline will not be seeded. Parents must sign a waiver
for participants. T-shirts guaranteed only for entries received prior to
entry deadline. |
