Incentives & Recognition

In 2011 we recognized citizens by presenting them with certificates as well as gift cards for being “Saved by the Belt”.  This was a new program we implemented for the first time this year.

Officers were also recognized and presented with certificates and gift cards.  One for “Outstanding Speed Enforcement” and one for  “Outstanding Impaired Driver Enforcement”.  These two officers were well above others in the department for their efforts in 2011.  We are looking to further this in 2012 by recognizing an officer in each category quarterly.
