As Show Low's Law Enforcement Agency, we are sometimes required to respond to businesses due to various situations that occur after hours.  Some examples would be:  ALARMS, OPEN DOORS, FIRES and DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY.  In order to keep our records up-to-date, please provide us with the following information:

The names provided below will be kept on file as emergency contacts who may be asked to respond to the business around the clock when an alarm, fire or other emergency occurs.  For this reason, it's important to keep the names and phone numbers up-to-date so we can quickly locate a responsible keyholder and avoid calling someone who no longer works for the business.  Please notify us by submitting this form to the Show Low Police Department.
