HB2209, which was passed during the 2010 legislative session, requires all cities and towns to “conspicuously” post the three following items to their websites:

• All notices and agendas for public meetings
• Locations and addresses for each hard copy posting of notices and agendas for the city/town
• Open Meeting Law Materials that must be reviewed by elected and appointed officials at least one day before taking office
