PURSUANT to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low Bluff Community Facilities District Board and to the general public, that a SPECIAL MEETING, which will be open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 181 North 9th Street, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

Consideration of Resolution No. R2011-01 Supplementing Resolution No. R2008-03, Adopted on September 16, 2008, as Previously Supplemented by Resolution No. R2008-04, adopted on December 2, 2008, and Which Authorized the Sale and Issuance of Not to Exceed $550,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of General Obligation Bonds of the District Including Approving the Form and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Bond Placement Contract with Respect to the Bonds.
