SHOW LOW CITY COUNCIL
Town Hall Budget Meeting – Thursday, January 26, 2012

PURSUANT to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low City Council and to the general public, that a Town Hall Budget Meeting for citizen input will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 181 North 9th Street, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona.

The purpose of the town hall-style meeting is to solicit input from Show Low’s citizens about the city’s annual budget for fiscal year 2012-13, which runs from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. In addition, citizens may submit suggestions for a program, project, activity, or event for City Council consideration and possible inclusion in the budget. Request forms will be available at the meeting and are due February 10, 2012. Additional copies of the forms are available at City Hall (180 North 9th Street), the Show Low Public Library (181 North 9th Street), and on the City’s website at www.showlowaz.gov.

Although members of the Show Low City Council may be present at this town hall budget meeting, no legal action will be taken in that capacity.
