SHOW LOW CITY COUNCIL
Regular Meeting - Tuesday, August 7, 2012

PURSUANT to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low City Council and to the general public, that a Regular Meeting of the Show Low City Council will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 181 North 9th Street, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for this meeting is as follows.

A. Presentation of Character First Trait for Month of August.

B. Recognition of Outgoing Planning and Zoning Commissioner Renea Isaacs.

C. Introduction of New Police Officers.

A. Consideration of Acceptance of Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona Technical Assistance Grant, Authorization to Transfer Funds for Feasibility and Siting Study, Approval of Water Infrastructure Finance Authority Grant Agreement, and Approval of Professional Services Contract with Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. (Pete Erlenbach)

B. Consideration of Reappointment of Board of Adjustment Members. (Ann Kurasaki)

C. Consideration of Purchase of JVC Equipment for City 4 Television from Peak Media. (Mel West)

B. Consideration of Resolution No. R2012-26 Authorizing Execution and Delivery of Loan Agreement with Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona from its Drinking Water Revolving Fund, Authorizing Budget Transfers, and Declaring an Emergency. (Doug Sandstrom)

C. Consideration of Change Order to Contract for Well No. 11 Repair Project for Additional Scope of Work – City of Show Low Project No. W-Well11532012. (Teryl Murray)

D. Consideration of Award of Construction Contract for East McNeil and 43rd Avenue Pulverization and Overlay Project – City of Show Low Project No. R-4912. (Bill Kopp)

8. CALL TO THE PUBLIC:

Any citizen desiring to speak on a matter that IS NOT scheduled on this agenda may do so at this time. Comments may be limited to three minutes per person and shall be addressed to the City Council as a whole, and not to any individual member. Issues raised shall be limited to those within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Law, the City Council cannot discuss or act on items presented at this time. At the conclusion of the call to the public, individual City Council members may (1) respond to criticism made by those who have spoken, (2) ask staff to review a matter, and (3) ask that a matter be put on a future agenda.

You may exercise your right not to consent by not allowing your child to attend/participate in the meeting.
